We want your Orb to arrive quickly, safely and in perfect condition — wherever you are in the world. Here's everything you need to know.
PROCESSING & DISPATCH
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orb is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

Express Post — 1–2 business days — $13 AUD

International Standard — 7–14 business days — $25 AUD
International delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processes. Orb is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may be charged upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us at support@orboils.com.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, that's on us. Email support@orboils.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it straight away — replacement or full refund, your call.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be 101% happy with your Orb. If you're not, we'll refund you within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, you must contact us first at support@orboils.com with your order number. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving approval — unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we'll credit your account $5 toward anything Orb once we've received and processed your approved return.
Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund.
OUR PACKAGING
Every Orb order is shipped in 100% compostable packaging — no plastic, no waste. Our shipping mailer is made from cornstarch and PBAT, and our product boxes are recycled cardboard. Even the ink is sustainable. Because how your order arrives matters as much as what's inside it.
