What is Orb Free From?
Our products are vegan and not tested on animals. We are free from parabens, silicone, PEG, colourants, SLS, SLES, mineral oils, GMO, palm oil and gluten.

We care about the UNIVERSE. All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and sustainable. We’ve gone the extra mile - even our ink is sustainable!
We are completely plastic FREE.
We ask that OUR UNIVERSE dispose of our materials appropriately so our scents have the right kind of impact on the environment.
Our only non-recyclable item is our rubber dropper (we tried every avenue but turns out there’s no alternative to a dropper!). BUT, we would love you to re-use dropper so we’ve launched a refill option for second-time purchases to reduce waste. When purchasing the refill, you’ll get your ORB bottle with a bamboo lid without the rubber dropper and product box, because waste not want not right? It’s a little cheaper, and a little nicer for our world.
For those that like the nitty gritty;
Product box - recycled cardboard and recyclable ribbon (this was a tricky one to find).
Shipping materials - It looks and feels a hellavalot like plastic, but it's not. Not even close. It is a 100% compostable padded shipping mailer and is made from 70-80% PBAT (a co-polymer that is completely compostable) and 20-30% PLA (which is a fancy way of saying cornstarch).
Fancy wrapping- our tissue paper to protect your box while it is getting shipped to you is 100% recyclable and compostable.
Product information cards-100% recycled and recyclable paper.
Bottle & dropper- our bottle is glass and our lid is made from bamboo and natural rubber.
Where is Orb Based?
ORB Oils are created out of Melbourne, Australia. Our fragrance research, development and production all happens here at our home base.
To create our product packaging we had to go abroad to the best of the best in design and sustainability. Rest assured that we got on a plane for these to ensure we kept our fully recyclable status!
Our tissue paper, stickers and postage bags are all made from fully recyclable materials by our friends right here in Melbourne. We love to support our local gang.

Does Orb Accept Returns?
ORB Oils want you to feel 101% happy with our product. If that happens to not be the case we will happily refund you within a 30 day returns period.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer but we obviously want to keep hanging out so will credit you $5 for anything ORB once the return is received and processed.
